Our passion for unique design, materials, and collaboration brought our vision of Ivy Shop to life. We wanted to create a store curated for Cubs fans, for those who understand that baseball is meant to be played during the day and know the magic of stepping into the seats and seeing the bricks and ivy.
Our goal is to find unique gear and apparel celebrating the legacy of Wrigley Field and the Cubs you can't find anywhere else and showcase it alongside the Authentic Collection of on-field jerseys and apparel licensed by Major League Baseball. We are the one-stop shop for showing off your fandom from gameday to everyday, from the office to ballpark and everywhere in between.
Lucky for you, we have a handy size guide at IvyShop.com/Sizing that can assist with many of our hats and jerseys. Because we stock so many brands, we may not have a size guide for all of them. If that's the case, shoot us a note and we'd be more than happy to help you find the perfect fit!
We absolutely do! We offer 10% off your purchase for all Military (and family), First Responders, Healthcare Workers, and Teachers. Your eligibility is verified by GovX on our checkout page. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
After you place your order, our team starts working to pack and ship your order. Once your order is in the mail, we will send you an email with your tracking number that will allow you to track your order from door to door.
We hope you love your new order from Ivy Shop, but we know that's not always the case. If you need a new size or a refund, go to IvyShop.com/Returns and follow the instructions to process a return or exchange. There you will be able to print a shipping label and mail your product back to us. Please note that some items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges - please see our Returns page for details.
We can definitely do our best to accomodate you. Depending on the timing of the fulfillment of your order we may be able to cancel or change it. Message us using the chat bubble in the right hand corner of the screen, or contact us here.

We generally offer expedited two day shipping on orders placed before 4 PM Central. If expedited shipping is an option for the items in your order, you will be able to select it at checkout. Unfortunately, due to volume constraints, this option is not always available.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to make international shipments, but we are working on it! If you're outside the US and want us to accelerate our progress, let us know!
